Lorenzo Ferraboschi

Born in 1977, he graduated in Industrial Design at Politecnico of Milan. In the year 2000 he wins a competition to go design showrooms in Japan. Here, he first works as an Interior Deisgner and then as an Industrial Designer. Throughout his years in Japan he discovers the world of sake, he comes back to Italy with his wife Maiko and decides to become Sake Sommelier. In 2015 he funds Sake Company with the goal of bringing high quality sake in Italy. That same year he starts working with the SSA (Sake Sommelier Association), organising courses on the topic. Today he is the main Italian referent for the association and he promotes Japanese food and drink culture in our country. Guida al sake is his first book.
