Born in Tuscany, in the area of Lunigiana, Maddalena Baldini lives in Milan since 2000. She studied Storia dell’Arte and journalism, but she succeded in matching her studies with a passion for food. She work sas contributor for many magazines, organizes food events and coordinates the editorial production for Trenta Editore.
She also wrote a book for Trenta Editore Assaggi di grappa. Per conoscerla sceglierla e abbinarla.

SILVIA BARACCHI

SILVIA BARACCHI

Born in Perugia, Silvia Regi Baracchi grew up in Cortona and proudly calls herself Etruscan. From her restaurateur family she inherited e love for fine dining, an awareness of tradition, and the art of hospitality. The exciting energy of the Falconiere inspires her culinary style on a daily basis.
Silvia has a vast range of culinary experiences and has worked with famous chefs who have given her the opportunity to introduce the cuisine of Cortona around the world. She has collaborated for many years now with Executive Chef Richard Titi, who shares her approach and philosophy. For Silvia, consistency is one of the most important values, equivalent to exceptional ingredients, cooking methods that exult Tuscan flavors, and a balance between presentation and quality that triggers the curiosity of the most expert diner while also satisfying those who appreciate simplicity. Industrial Designer well known for his career in food projects, Paolo Barichella founded Food Design Studio in 2002 and began many international partnerships. He created many innovative food projects and today works as food manager and food advisor on Stategic Design Management, Sensory Design, Concept Creation of Lifestyles and Experience. He created many courses on Food Design for Politecnico of Milan, for Istituto Europeo di Design, for Bocconi University and IULM. He wrote for many important magazines, he was involved in many contest as judge and in many international conferences as moderator.
He was the author of Manifesto ADI of Food Design in 2006, and among those who wrote the book Le Ricette dei Designer 1 e 2 selected for Premio Bancarella della Cucina 2010. La cucina efficace. Prepara, conserva e porta in tavola usando il… cm³ is his first experience with Trenta Editore.

A very creative chef, born near Mantova but who chose to live in the area of Brescia. Here he manages Capoborgo restaurant in Gavardo (BS, Italy) with his wife.
He has a great passion for cooking and, above all, for raw materials and ancient traditions, elements he brought always overseas. He wrote two books for Trenta Editore, Stasera cucino con papà and Paolo Bodon. Uno chef in viaggio tra gusti e territori.

Born near Padova, Cinzia Boggian began her career as illustrator and designer in furniture shops. She expresses herself in cuisine creating decorations for her husband’s restaurant, La Peca in Lonigo (Vi). A passion that became early a real job when she started realizing decorations just using food elements. For Trenta Editore she wrote Decorazioni… gourmet.

Daniele Brambilla - After a period in New York at Colangelo P.R., communication company in food&beverage area, and a master in International Business & Wine Management at Kedge Business University of Bordeaux, he kept on working during Vintaly in Verona and, then, with Masciarelli export team. Daniele has always loved the world of small producers and while in Masciarelli ho understood that people don’t want only drink good wines, but also know something about who created them. Believing in potentiality of small winery, he started to search those products and persons who are able to give wine lovers great emotions. Baccominore was born following the idea... Arturo Brambilla - He entered the world of logistics working for an international company, Kraft, when you still need tokens to call someone. After different experiences with many national and international logistics, he deduce to become a consultant, founding with a friend, Fabio Tacchinardi, their own company, MBT Partners. Enthusiastic of photos and music, he lives traveling for job and for funny, visiting artistic sites. The agricultural origins to drink a good glass of wine with friends, gave him the final push to enter the new company of his son, Baccominore. He was born in 1953 and when he grows up, he’d like to become a ‘writer’...

Born in Asti in 1980, Manuela has always loved drawing and fashion. She attended European Institute of Design in Turin, Fashion and Textile Design Course and then started to work as stylist and graphic designer. She also loves writing and begins to work as journalist in 2007 at Gazzetta d'Asti, and some american magazines as La Voce di New York and America 24 (Il Sole 24 Ore). She is author of novels and poetries and won a lot of literary recognitions. For Trenta Editore she wrote Quella notte a Merciful Street.

Barbara Carbone is Ceo of Trenta Editore and journalist. She wrote for many important magazines and newspapers in the past, always on food themes. She also wrote many books for differents publishing houses before founding her publishg house and write for it these books: Gli chef del vino (volum 1 – Nord e Centro Italia), Gli chef del vino (volume 2 – Centro e Sud Italia), Mille e un… panettone, with Dario Loison, La Trattoria del Fulmine di Gianni e Clemy Bolzoni and La Divina in cucina. Il ricettario segreto di Maria Callas.

Born near Varese in 1982, Erika Cartabia, is a famous food stylist, food writer, phographer and founder of www.latanadelconiglio.com, her personal blog. She produces recipes for many website, magazines, companies. She loves bakery, France, litterature and Italian cuisine, but also travelling, photos and art. Tutti pazzi per le merendine. Dolci ricordi per pause golose is her first book for Trenta Editore.

His passion for wine began when he decided to work for his family wine shop Marco, in the ’90. The interest for this world and his curiosity lead him to found with some business partner, Bevibene, a company to sell wines and organize events to promote Champagne. In 2010 he won the competition fo Ambassadeur du Champagne for Italy and then for Europe, becoming the first Italian sommelier to obtain such a result.
Dentro la leggenda. Lo Champagne non esiste. Viva lo Champagne is his first experience for Trenta Editore.

Born in Lecco, Lodovica Cima lives in Milan, writes books for children and works as consultant for many publishing houses. She is a contributor for many magazines and teaches at Master per l’Editoria dell’Università Statale of Milan; she holds continuing education courses on reading and live reading. She is the author of the series Chubby & Sticky for Trenta Editore.

She got close to beer when she grew up, entering with enthusiasm in a really amazing world and transforming a passion into a job. She is the co-founder and operations manager of The Good Beer Society, a project dedicated to training and beer events. She is a lover of Trenta Editore books.

MARCO FURIO FERRARIO

Born in 1984, Marco Ferrario has a degree in Philosophy at San Raffaele (Milano, Italy) and in Cognitive Science at Statale (Milan, Italy). After the first and before the second degree he traveled around the world as sailor; once back home he founded his own society to reevaluated street trade. He worked for Trenta Editore, Zanichelli, Strade on line. He is consultant in marketing and communication for many Italian and worldwide companies. For Trenta Editore he saw to Giorni Golosi (2013) and La cucina efficace (2014).

Roberto Fiermonte covered a very unusual way, from Puglia to Milan to work for ATM company. But, in Milan, thanks to his passengers who told him their recipes, he realized to be good at cooking and not only driving a tram. Born in 1963, Gianpaolo Ghilardotti has been always a great lover of cooking. He attended the hospitality training institute in Salsomaggiore Terme (Pr, Italy) and, at the age of 19, started working as chef, at the beginning in Italy and then abroad with important groups. He works fulltime in Food Lab, a company specialized in salmon manufactoring, since 2000. Irresistibile salmone is his first book.

Expert and connoisseur of beer, Marco Giannasso has developed a passion for the beer sector since the 80’s. He was responsible of the tasting courses of Unionbirrai and Unionbirrai Beer Tasters and judge for many international beer contests. He is the co-founder of The Good Beer Society and organizes its courses. His expertise gave a strategic help to the book Fatti di birra.

ANDREA GORI

Ambassadeur du Champagne for Italy, Andrea Gori is sommelier, deputy European Champion, writer, teacher for Associazione Italiana Sommelier in Italy and abroad, and has a family restaurant in Florence (Trattoria da Burde, since 1901). He created one of the most popular blog on wine (Vino da Burde) and he is the co-founder of the famous wine&food network, Dissapore. He has his personal page on Twitter, Facebook e YouTube with more than 2.300 videos and e 1.500.000 visualizations, and he keeps on testing new way to speak about wine on social media.

Born in Venice, Mariaelena Gorini has been working on food sector since 2008. She started as patissier and kept on her passion to become a teacher of Istituto Alberghiero. Today she lives and works in Turin where she organizes cooking courses on good and natural recipes. She has a blog, “La cucina di G” and she gives consultations to many schools and associations on food. Di olio in olio. Tutte le varietà da usare in cucina is her first editorial experience.

Serena Imazio graduated in Biology in 2000 and started working in the wine sector immediately, with a PhD in Caucasian vine variety genetics first and then with studies on Italian and European vine variety. Today she is reasearcher at Department of Vine Science in Modena and Reggio Emilia University and she studies biodiversity.

Once he was young he was happy with a simple ‘medium blonde’, before meeting a Belgian, complex and delicate; today, instead, Andrea Giannasso has a real passion for all beers and their history… in the glass too! He attended many tasting courses to improve his knowledge about beer.

Born in Naples in 1964, Ernesto Lombardo began to work as chef into Italian company canteens. With a strong passion for Nepaolitan cuisine, he became a chef in Milan, reaching Le Creuset team, leader in cast iron pot production, as Brand Ambassador.
Erny Lombardo is a real chef Monzù and travels through Italy showing his recipes. Uno Scugnizzo ai fornelli. Cuocere nelle pentole in ghisa, is today at its second reprint.

Born and grown up in Milan, Clizia Lonati took a degree in Medicine, specializing in Clinical Psycology and Psychotherapy; today is a pupil of C.I.P.A. (Centro Italiano Psicologia Analitica). She works as psychiatrist, she is married, has a son and still thinks that everybody could be happy once in a life. Come il sapore del cioccolato is her first book.

Born in 1971 Antonio Marchello became a chef in 1996. Today he works as personal chef in Italy and abroad, as consultant and organizes events. He keeps on testing new training methods for people and companies, creating cooking team building and cooking team working. A great lover of armenian food, Verjin Manoukian started tasting food with her father, emigrant in Italy to escape the Turkish genocide. Born in Mantova in 1976, Francesca Martinato, after attending Erasmus University of Rotterdam, earned a Ph.D. in molecolar biology at Open University of Londra; she worked as researcher at Istituto Oncologico Europeo in Milano and published many articles on scientific magazines. Eleonora Miucci is an expert in Welcome Art, a Lifestylist and a Food Writer, and she loves bon ton and Etiquette too. Her success started in 2010 when, after a journey in France with Sophie Dudemaine, she decided to dedicate her time to bon ton and to a refined and tasty kitchen. She took part to television programs, she was responsible for columns on national and international magazines, she wrote lifestyle books and she won the prestigious Gourmand Awards. Coming from Macerata, Francesca Monaco has been living in the small town for 33 years; she graduated in Political Science and for one year she has been working as volunteer to help young people at schools. Born and grown up in Tokyo, Naomi Moriyama spent her summers in the country house of her grandparents, eating tangerines just picked up and fresh vegetables cultivated in the home garden.
After her studies in Illinois and after meeting pizza and hamburger, she came back to Japan where she ridiscovered her mum’s cuisine. Naomi is married with William Doyle, co-author of the book and she has been living for many years in Manhattan, New York City, where she worked as executive account in Procter & Gamble and then as marketing director in Home Box Office. Sempre giovani e magre is her first book: a great editorial success in Usa (where she sold more than 200.000 copies), which has already been translated in many languages.

She has been studied the ceremony of tea for many years, becoming one the most famous specialist. In Milan she founded Artedelricevere™, a place where meeting tea in many ways. As a tea sommelier she realized a Menu of tea for hotels and restaurants, she realized innovative mélanges and she signed many consultancy agreements to create private labels with tea. As a Tea Stylist, she used tea for many different occasions, events and shows. Il gusto del tè is her first experience with Trenta Editore.

Journalist, Viviana Neri has been working for Trenta Editore for many years, before returning to Genoa: she was responsible of some series of the publishing house. She met the publisher, Barbara Carbone, when both worked for a financial magazine and decided to collaborate with her when she founded Trenta Editore. She contributed to write Nivuro di siccia, Pappanozza purpi e caponatinae Guida al catering.

Alessandro Nicoletti was born in Rome, but he is a real world citizen. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Quantistica) in Milan, Bocconi University, ho chose to create his own company. He worked in many European cities, such as Paris, London, Bruxelles and Maastricht before working on Digital Marketing and Personal Profssional Branding. He is really young but he perfomed many prestigious roles with famous brands; his turning point was the constitution in 2015 of the first Italian digital company for high quality saffron: Zafferano Zaffiro.

Alice Pazzi was born in Florence (Italy) and started to study Astrology at the age of 14. From 1979 to 1986 she worked in Florence in the sphere of communication; she moved to Milan in 1978 to work for important advertising companies. Since 2000 she works as astrologist, writing for newspapers, magazines, website and taking part to television shows.

She was born in Schio (Vicenza) in 1967. She has been working until 2006 in non food areas unitl 2006, even if she loved cuisine very much.
In 2003 she started to attend bakery courses and her passion grow up becoming a real job. In 2008 she opened her blog www.mentaecioccolato.com where she succeeded in matching her two loves, food and photography. She is a very famous foodblogger thanks to her good relationship with readers and today she also prepares recipes and projects for many companies.

Professor Attilio Scienza is one the most important worldwide expert in viticolture. He has a degree in Science of Agriculture and he works as University professor in addition to his role as researcher: among his prestigious roles, we should remember the Director of San Michele all’Adige Institute. His is member of scientific committee of many specialized magazines and he is responsible of many international studies.

Francesco Bibi Velluzzi was born in Cagliari in 1966. Once in Milan, he began to write for Gazzetta dello Sport (since 1997) where he is specialized in football, basket, gossip, way of life and society. In 2006 he published with Paolo Rossi Mio marito è un calciatore (Sonzogno), a book on sportmen’s wives. He loves basket, kisses and the roasted little pig. STEFANIA ZECCA

Stefania Zecca is photographer, food writer and food stylist, author of the blog www.lericettedipepi.it, and contributor of the magazine A Tavola. Her story started when she was a child: the first cake, the first photos in Lecce and in Venice… She came from Puglia where she remained until the age of 5 – today she lives in Bergamo area – and from where she took the most part of her memories: the friselle, the smell of fresh almonds, the perfume of zagare, home flavors.

HARALD ZOSCHKE

When a passion for chili pepper becomes a job… Harald Zoschke is a memeber of Chile Pepper Institute in New Mexico State University since 1997 and he published the first German edition of the book Das Chili Pepper Buch (Il libro del peperoncino). In the last ’90, he opened in Florida a food, clothing and gadget shop on chili pepper.
In 2007 he published his second book Das Chili Pepper, while in 2012 he translated Chili Barbecue into German language, before accepting to have it published in Italian language by Trenta Editore, Barbecue piccante. Tutti i gusti del peperoncino in tante idee per griglia e barbecue.
