The book

The red tastes of love gathers all those ingredients that make your table unique, by travelling on a pathway made of taste, smell and colour… in particular, the colour of red, which is the symbol of love. It’s the perfect book for those who can’t live without involving good food in every important moment of their lives. An intriguing culinary adventure that bundles the creativity and talent of chef Silvia Baracchi to all those stimulating, sensual and sometimes kind of “forbidden” aspects of life. The colour red depicts passion and portrays dishes and recipes that can be made for important occasions… candle-lit dates, spicy meetings, anniversaries and, why not, sometimes also betrayals and fights that usually end with the two lovers making peace. So this is how everyday ingredients turn into true love potions: cherry tomatoes, red turnips, chilis, strawberries, berries… all of this eaten whilst drinking important red wines.
