Morena Roana

Born and raised in Schio, under the jurisdiction of Vicenza, Morena Roana has always had a strong attachment to food. In 2003 she started joining bakery classes, that brought to the surface her big passion of leavened products, so much so that she started to learn from the best bakers in the field. In 2008 she opened her food blog Menta e Cioccolato, which allowed her to work with photography as well. Throughout the years she has become one of the most popular food bloggers out there, especially thanks to the close relationship she has with her readers. Thanks to her recipes she has been collaborating with different brands as well. Soffice (a modo mio) is her third book published by Trenta Editore, born after the success of Soffice soffice (2013) and Soffice salato (2015).
