The book

A handbook to discover a great protagonist of our tables: handmade beer. Drunk above all by young people, handmade beer is entering a new life thanks to the important results of many small regional producers who were able to get together passion and professionalism. So, let’s start with blonde, red, dark, English, Belgian, German or Italian… Varities are a lot: it’s up to you, to the moment, to the dish you would like to match or to the person with whom you are drinking.
