Enthusiastic of cooking since young age, Bonolo met the natural and macrobiotics when was 20 years old and then moved to vegetariano and vegan cuisine. At the beginning of 2000 he took part in natural cooking courses, specializing in vegan patisserie. In 2010 created Il Cucinotto, its personal blog. In 2011 attended, with chef Simone Salvini, the Organic Academy, a vegan school for courses of Ayurvedic patisserie; then met Vegolosi.it a website where he started to publish with other authors books and video recipes. In 2014 he took part in So Glam So You and, it 2015, he was invited to partecipate to Geo&Geo. Since 2017 he has been working as professor at Istituto Superiore G. Magnaghi di Salsomaggiore (PR), Istituto Eccelsa di Alberobello (BA) and as author fo La Cucina Italiana and Cucina Naturale. La mia cucina gentile is its first book for per Trenta Editore.
