When a passion for chili pepper becomes a job… Harald Zoschke is a memeber of Chile Pepper Institute in New Mexico State University since 1997 and he published the first German edition of the book Das Chili Pepper Buch (Il libro del peperoncino). In the last ’90, he opened in Florida a food, clothing and gadget shop on chili pepper.
