TRENTA EDITORE SRL is located in Milan, Via Bertini, 3. The company was founded in February of 2004 with its first publication, Gli Chef del Vino, Vol.1. Its objective is to become a leader in publishing in the culinary and wine sectors and more.

As a new publishing house, Trenta Editore’s mission is to produce books that investigate themes that have not yet been addressed by the market; to produce books with widespread appeal through various distinct series:
- a series of books for young people that is practical and economical
- a high-end series of books that is sophisticated in its topics and presents the highest quality of page design and photography

TRENTA EDITORE aims to capture a large audience with its distinct series and satisfy the different needs and interests of its readers while offering novel products on the Italian publishing market.
