Stasera cucino con papà is not a simple and curious recipe book: it aims to be the starting point for many children who, like Camilla, follow their genius, taste ingredients and discover unexpected flavours and love complicate recipes just joking with a famous chef.
Professional cuisine could teach a lot: love for a job, research for natural and good products and above all desire to grow up with… taste. The idea to publish this book was born after a wonderful lunch at Osteria of Gavardo, after meeting wonderful persons, as Paolo, Monica and Camilla, and after tasting the the flavours and creations of their cuisine.
A very creative chef, born near Mantova but who chose to live in the area of Brescia. Here he manages Capoborgo restaurant in Gavardo (BS, Italy) with his wife.
