PAOLO GRIFFA

Born in 1991, piemontese, Paolo Griffa is considered one of the most promisi Italian chef. Esteemed by journalists, he is also loved by General public thanks to his copious appearances in TV. He worked in many of the greatest restaurants in the world like Combal.zero (IT), Le Chateaubriand (FR), Studio (DK).
After being the sous-chef at Piccolo Lago of Marco Sacco (Verbania, Italia) in 2013-2015, he won for Italy San Pellegrino Young Chef Prize 2015. In 2016 he was part of Serge Vieira team, Two Michelin Stars in Chaudes-Aigues (Francia). Now he is executive chef at Restaurant Petit Royal, Grand Hotel Royal & Golf di Courmayeur (Aosta).
